Acting for a private client, we were tasked with carrying out a two-week reconnaissance, and acquisition of a commercial asset via an established NZ registered company.

The brief compromised of finding an "oven-ready" premises for the existing company to hit the ground running from day 1 of 'settlement' of the purchase with good ‘covenant’ potential and yield prospects for the future.

NZ is very a difficult market get a foothold into but with careful planning and with the right legal team in place, the rewards outweigh amount of work involved in setting everything up.
